Document Processing

- Documents are temporarily stored during processing and automatically deleted within 24 hours
- Generated compliance matrices are stored for 7 days to allow downloading
- We do not use your documents to train AI models
- We do not share your documents with third parties
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to process your documents:
- AI Language Models: We use AI APIs (via OpenRouter) to analyze document content. Document text is sent to these services for processing but is not retained by them beyond the immediate request.
- Hosting: Our service is hosted on Railway, which may process data in accordance with their privacy policy.
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:
- All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
- Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only
- Documents are automatically deleted after processing
Data Retention
- Email addresses: Retained while you are an active user
- Uploaded documents: Deleted within 24 hours of processing
- Generated outputs: Available for download for 7 days
- Usage statistics: Retained in aggregated, anonymized form
